You can request a form be mailed to you by telephone, mail, or email at the Hamilton County Board of Elections.
In order to vote, you must register 30 days in advance of the election. The last day to register is October 5.

Early and Absentee Voting
All currently registered voters in Hamilton County will recieve an APPLICATION for an early voting ballot. These applications will be sent to the voter before September 29, 2009.
